An Executive Assistant (EA) to a Director provides high-level administrative and organizational support, managing the director's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of the director's office. EAs often act as a crucial point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders, requiring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
