Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and distributors.Ensure regular visits to healthcare professionals to promote company products and generate prescriptions.Monitor competitor activities, product performance, and market trends in the territory.Ensure product availability and proper distribution through stockiest/chemists.Conduct CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and new product launches.Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and territory analysis.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and product portfolio.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze data and make territory-wise sales strategies.Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Good planning, time management, and organizational ability.Compensation:Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives + Allowances
