Remain abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the field to identify novel opportunities for R&D. Qualifications and work experience required: Candidates with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in chemistry [B.Sc. (Chemistry)/ M.Sc. (Chemistry)] from a reputed university with high academic achievements ( 80% aggregate score) may apply. Entry-level candidates or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical R&D sector. Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively as part of a team.
