Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.
Design user interface elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing design.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct usability testing and interpret feedback to improve overall user experience and interface design.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions into design processes to enhance the company's digital presence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
