- Resolving Salesforce issues and data related problems. Providing guidance and support to users on the system.
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting, configuration, and ensuring data integrity.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the Salesforce platform, working with end-users and technical teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and providing regular status updates.
- Analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and providing support for Salesforce implementations tailored to specific business needs.
- Documenting solutions, maintaining training materials, and contributing to the development of best practices.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team and processes, staying up-to-date on new Salesforce features, and assessing their impact.
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration to an Intermediate Administrator level. CPQ experience preferred. Financial User on Salesforce Cloud experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
