
Partner Support Advisor (Billing)

- Run reports and checks on customer charging using the company’s own developed billing system
- Resolve unbilled items (i.e. where a tariff hasn’t been assigned to a customer)
- Data collection and checks of CDRs, identifying efficiencies where possible
- Follow department procedures to enable live bill run sign offs
- Support the line manager with ongoing improvements to the billing function, including:
- Templating reports
- Bill-run procedures (i.e. data collection)
- Pro-active ideas to drive improvement
- Support Billing department as required and be involved with cross training between Managed Billing and Wholesale Billing teams
- Charge queries
- Assist with Partner migrations
- Additional ad-hoc requirements as directed
