- Manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
- Partner with the Sales leadership to identify process bottlenecks and implement data‑enrichment and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional operations teams and business leaders to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and timely delivery of insights.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance sales analytics dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for sales and executive leadership.
- Analyse pipeline, bookings, forecasting trends, sales productivity, and attainment performance to support strategic decision‑making.
- Manage compensation rule execution and updates within compensation tools.
- Support accurate attainment reporting, revenue tracking, and timely completion of compensation cycles.
- Assist in quota setting and validation for sales representatives.
- Strengthen data‑quality and QA processes to ensure accuracy, trust, and transparency across sales leadership.
- Apply data‑cleansing techniques to improve the quality of accounts and contacts databases.
- Develop methods for enriching and expanding the database (including new name acquisition).
- Support automation and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, system enhancements, and best‑practice sharing.
- Contribute to the development of tools and applications that streamline operational workflows.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related analytical/operational roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference given to candidates with an MBA or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple leaders.
- Strong understanding of sales operations processes, sales cycles, and reporting frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (multi‑variable models, advanced formulas, pivots, logic matching).
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including integration with Excel and automated charting.
- Experience developing automating Excel workflows, and building data‑driven tools.
- Hands‑on experience working with SFDC, Dynamics, Anaplan, Power BI.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Flexibility to work across time zones and manage deadlines under pressure.
