Should be independently able to handle design from concept to execution stage.7) Should be able to work in collaboration with Local and International consultants.8) Technical & Design Knowledge in:- Liasioning Knowledge ( MCGM, SRA, UDCPR, MHADA, HRC, MOEF, RERA etc.- Market Awareness (Domestic/ International)- Construction Methodology- Innovation,9) Efficient display of Communication and Interpersonal skill. Should be able to easily adapt to Change10) Customer Satisfaction Orientation11) Should be in position to handle a project from feasibility to construction stage.12) Understanding with fair knowledge of local byelaws (MCGM, SRA,UDCPR, MHADA etc)#LI-DNI
