As a Controllers Coordinator you are responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to Invoicing process and financial reporting activities.Responsibilities:
- Review blocked creation and validation cases and communicate with appropriate stakeholders(CSR, Pricing team, Tax team and Accounting) to review and resolve issues
- Monitor and action on the aged items pending invoices and follow up with appropriate entity owner, stakeholder to ensure completeness
- Timely action on the cancellation request as per process procedure of cancellation. Submit for next level approval
- Resolve the Invoice discrepancies in accordance with business rules in SAP
- Timely action on the request of Invoice Output checking , Text uptodate and Reprint of invoices.
- Manual creation of invoices and send to the customer as per requirement
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all accounting transactions.
- Functional Mail Box Monitoring and ensure request answered with in 24hrs. Identify areas to support auto rule for invoicing creation and other requirement of the process
- Monthly and quarterly closing, following the global closing schedule of workdays.
- Exchange rate updating as per schedule of country Provide support for the audit requests, Perform internal quality check. Daily work allocation and keep updated to focal for the progress.
- Process documentation and contact metrics changes needs to be updated as per requirement Root Couse Analysis in case of inaccuracy.
- Creation of monthly/weekly reports and process metrics Creation of backup support and training to new joiner in the team.
- Active participation in continuous improvement ideas and project , Automation and Coding Provide support to process coordinator and also timely escalate the issue to process specialist for next level support. Active participation in operational team meeting and other employee engagement activity
- Accounting Degree
- Min experience : 3+ yrs. working experience in Accounting, with SAP knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS tools is expected
- Fluent in English (Spoken and written)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes.
- Knowledge of USGAAP/local GAAPs will be an added advantage.
- Experience in MNC/ Global companies preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Able to work in flexible time arrangement to accommodate to time zones of APAC and EMEAI region.
