Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Head Business Development â€“ Channel BuYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to act as the technical lead for all engineering activities in assignments. Each day, you will ensure the activities related to all engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completing the corresponding engineering assignments.The work model for the role is: #Li_onsiteThis role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Division in Pune.You will be mainly accountable for:

Collaborating on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, to clarify potential issues or provide solutions to rectify the engineering errors.
Coaching the project engineers and designers on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, including modelling, prototyping, and calculations.
Leading, supervising, and coordinating teams (less than 10 members) in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on projects.
Applying design thinking or design for excellence concepts in projects, including modelling, prototyping, simulation, and calculations.

Qualifications for the role

You are immersed in engineering development, authorization and construction support.
Ability to demonstrate your experience in automation engineering. You have minimum 6 to 10 years of experience with 50% travel is required.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.
Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical/CSE/Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation/Mechatronics)
