- 4+ years of experience in the insurance broking industry
- Exposure in Government Business
- Expertise in Sales, Business Development and client acquisition.
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with New and Existing clients.
- Knowledge of Various General Insurance Products in specific Group Mediclaim and Group Personal Accident Policies
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
