Experience in P&L management to analyze financial performance, set budgets, and strategize on profit enhancement while controlling costs.
Thorough understanding of loss prevention techniques to safeguard store assets and maintain financial integrity.
Excellent leadership abilities to cultivate a high-performing team environment and motivate staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
Proficient in employing technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
Ability to implement strategic initiatives and partnerships to boost store competencies and product offerings.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
