Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, SAP Solution Architect!Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining the SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrationsDefining and enforcing SAP solution standards and proceduresManaging the SAP landscape including enhancement, upgrade, and support activitiesConducting regular system audits to detect deviations from standards and opportunities for improvementProvide Solution Architecture guidance for identified projectsDevelop SAP solution strategies, architectural designs, and implementation plans.Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure the solution design meets business requirements.Ensure the compatibility of system components and align them with business processes.Lead the testing and debugging of SAP software and applications.Guide the configuration of SAP solutions and ensure integration withWorking closely with other architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product development is aligned with business requirementsDesigning and implementing training programs for end-usersManaging and mitigating risks related to SAP solutionsEnsuring compliance with the latest industry regulationsPossess relevant domain and technical expertise to oversee end-to-end project delivery, driving clients' SAP S/4HANA transformation agenda, while providing advisory on maximizing the benefits of their SAP transformation.Proficiency in ABAP for customizing standard functionalities within the SAP environment.Skills in front-end technologies to develop user-friendly interfaces using SAP Fiori.Strong Java/J2EE and Spring experienceExperience on SAP Fiori Apps activation and SAP Ui5 custom development on premisesGood understanding of the standard services / libraries of the SAP Cloud Platform.Familiarity with use of App routersExperience with SQL Script, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Function Calls, Designing tables, data loads, calculation views Cloud Foundry & DB Security concepts (Roles, Privileges etc.)Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for deploying and managing cloud-based SAP solutions.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsGraduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT or MCA.Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsAbility to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions.
