Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Company Secretary at FinGuru.io in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to company secretarial duties, including managing statutory compliance, drafting legal documents, maintaining corporate records, and providing support in board meetings and AGMs. Qualifications Good understanding of company law, corporate governance, and secretarial practices Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Inter Company Secretary is preferable with minimum one year of experience
