The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. You will oversee the development of mobile, web, and backend applications, ensuring high-quality code and efficient delivery.Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the progress of mobile, web, and backend applications.
Catching up on understanding of overall ecosystem.
Participation in scrum meetings (mobile, web) on a daily basis.
Responsible for code-reviews to improve the codebase.
Taking care and proposing various improvements and design approaches with the dev team.
Weekly discussions with Scrum Master and Product Owner to understand the high-priority tasks and requirements.
Weekly meeting with developers to understand what they are up to and their concerns.
Having meetings with Leadership for status updates on a daily basis.
Running the application locally to verify the changes made by the dev team.
Ensure teams adhere to defined Coding standards

Qualifications and Skillset

12+ years of experience in software development and engineering management.
Proven experience in leading development teams in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of mobile, web, and backend development.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and scrum practices.
Excellent code review and debugging skills.
Ability to propose and implement design improvements.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Ability to run and verify applications locally.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
