- Communicate regularly with Account Managers to align on messaging, the status of current efforts, and new needs.
- Research accounts and identify opportunities to increase usage, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Account mapping and new stakeholder engagement.
- Review and support the effective follow-up and management of opportunities.
- Sales-related admin functions as directed by your assigned manager.
- Develop a strong appreciation and deep understanding of how to effectively support your assigned Account Managers and Manager.
- Have a strong desire and a high level of commitment to helping, ensure that your assigned sales team meets the team's defined sales goals.
- Recruit and drive attendance of new prospects and leads to various Bentley and industry events.
- Up to 2 years previous sales or cold-calling experience.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.
- Fluency in Korean is a must.
- This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.
- The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
