About this Position The Territory Sales Engineer provides our clients with a high level of service on orders, product advice, displays, advertising and promotional activities. Geographical Coverage - Karnataka and will be an Individual Contributor.What you´ll do1.Market Intelligence and Product benchmarkingUnderstand the market, competition, and trends and apply this knowledge to customer solutions by developing a comprehensive application market share gain strategyBenchmark our product with competition products and support the marketing function to develop new product based on future market trendsProvide feedback on customer and market needs and trends to help improve our value proposition2.New Product and New Market DevelopmentIdentify sales and business opportunities with customers.Proactively interface and communicate with the customer to build and maintain strong relationshipsIdentify and prioritize market and account opportunities at key brand owner and converter accountsInfluence, educate and develop commercialization plans to drive sales with prioritized accounts to meet sales and growth objectives.3.Technical SupportAssess technical complaints from customers and solve problems.Provide inputs from customer evaluations and discussions to quality teams to solve quality-related issues.4.ActivityReach out to customer leads through demand generationCoordinate sales effort with ESF and channel team membersSales and status reportsWhat makes you a good fit
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Any Graduation degree
  • Ability to understand products and services offered by the company and basic knowledge of related market segments. Relationship with Customers & Key opinion Leader's (KOL) of the region.
  • Techno-commercial and Negotiation Skills. Ability to articulate
