Pool of Investors includes Listed Company, Senior Official of Big 4 consulting firms, Ex- Bankers & CXO Level Executive, Government Officials, Merchant Bankers,CA’s, & Company Professionals, Fin-Tech & MSME, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)/ High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and establish new channels for product
- distribution, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms.
- Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to gather contact information
- and qualify leads.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, features, and benefits, and
- provide training and support to other team members to enhance their product
- knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- that protect the interests of both parties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing
- campaigns, promotions, and incentives to drive demand and increase brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management,
- providing insights and recommendations to optimize channel performance and
- maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry
- regulations in all channel activities, and implement risk mitigation strategies as
- needed.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the Investment and
- Finance industry.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales
- targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Good Knowledge of all Financial and Investment Products, preferably Mutual Funds,
- Insurance, Fixed Deposits, SIP, Fixed Income, Life Insurance, General Insurance, and
- PMS.
