BlackBuck is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales Executives. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and fostering relationships with existing ones within the logistics and transportation industry.Responsibilities:1. Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.2. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their logistics requirements and promote BlackBuck’s services.3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and closing deals.6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team.RequirementsProven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
