- 2+ years implementing Workday Recruiting, with functional knowledge of recruiting business processes (e.g., sourcing, candidate management, interviewing, offer management, onboarding).
- Some understanding of Workday Recruiting configuration options and best practices. Certification in Recruiting a strong plus.
- Experience in solving problems and documenting issues, gaps, and resolutions.
- Implementation experience including issue management, communication and change management.
- Ability to analyze challenges, respond independently, and communicate effectively.
- Experience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence).
- Customer service oriented. Previous customer-facing role, a strong plus.
- General understanding of HR data management principles and data privacy regulations.
- Good interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- 2+ years of experience supporting Workday
- Other Qualifications
- Experience with other Workday modules is a plus.
