With offices in Gurgaon, Vadodara, and Chennai there are exciting career opportunities for candidates who are passionate about delivering projects that make a lasting, meaningful difference for people and communities around the world.Job Summary:Electrical Engineer experience on basic and detailed design and project co-ordination of Electrical works on Life Sciences/Infrastructure/Manufacturing units projects. Has a good knowledge of Electrical System and Physical design, the principles, and practices of related technical areas and of coordinating with other technical disciplines. Candidate should have exposure to Indian, US, Euro and other foreign codes/standards and local practices.Major Responsibilities:

Plans, develops, coordinates and reviews engineering work within a discipline on a project or assignment in a global business unit.
Supervises the day-to-day technical work of discipline engineers, specialists, designers and drafters.
Conducts annual performance reviews for direct reports in accordance with approved procedures and holds career development discussions.
Prepares or oversees the preparation of discipline estimates and work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manages implementation and performance accordingly.
Estimates staffing needs and schedules and assigns work to meet schedule dates.
Coordinates with client representatives as delegated to obtain their approval on phases of work.
Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations, including field and design documents relating to the discipline.
Coordinates assigned engineering work with other project groups.
Ensures that engineers supervised receive appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development.

Education and Experience Requirements:

A recognized bachelor's/master's degree in electrical engineering, from an accredited college or university with an overall experience of minimum 13 years.
Site experience will be an added advantage.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of electrical system studies and conversant with short circuit, load flow, motor starting & voltage drop calculations, main single line diagram, protection & metering diagrams, relay setting & protection coordination of the system, UPS and Emergency Diesel Generator Sizing, Underground cable sizing, Grounding
Should have worked on equipment sizing, specifications, MR preparation, technical bid evaluation and vendor print reviews of various electrical equipment like Switchyards, Transformer, Busduct, MV & LV Switchgear, MCCs, DC systems / UPS, Cables, lighting fixtures.
Should possess good knowledge of international codes & standards.
Design, Engineering and interface of Building Power Management which includes controlling and monitoring of Building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as HVAC, lighting, power systems, fire systems, access control and security systems, specialized systems for pharmaceutical production, lab, and biotech facilities.
Should have experience in design of Clean room Equipment.
Should be conversant with electrical layouts like raceways, lighting, grounding & lightning protection, layouts etc.
Review of 3D Model Autodesk Revit/BIM/S3D using SPR or Navisworks and be a stakeholder in 30%, 50% and 90% Model Reviews with Client, Vendor and Subcontractors.
Working knowledge of Software like SKM/ETAP/SPEL shall be preferred.
Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods.
Knowledge of inter discipline coordination.
Knowledge of related construction practices and economics involved.
Skill in oral and written communication, demonstrated skill in leadership.
