Store manager - Manipal - Karnataka (FOFO)

Responsible for overall store operations and managing the store team effectively.
Develop strategies to increase productivity and profitability within the store.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Oversee and enforce store policies and procedures.
Analyze sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Should have a minimum of 6 years experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
