Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Voice and Accent Coach/Trainer. The Voice and Accent Coach/Trainer will be responsible for the following: Conducting Trainings on V&A, Soft skills and MPD programs Conducting assessments on Voice evaluations and MDP programs Monitoring and coaching associates on the floor Creating and implementation of training programs Qualifications Expertise in monitoring and coaching Ability to create and implement training programs Experience in enhancing accents and speech clarity Knowledge of voice and accent concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with individuals or groups Experience in the training (at least 1 year) Flexible with working in the nights and on some weekends
