New Plant/Project Coordinator

• Track New project/plant setup progress with a focus on project milestones and timeline adherence.
• Understand plant layout concerns reported during the construction phase and study countermeasure plans with relevant teams.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and review presentations.
• Monitoring of pending issues and ensuring closure within the time frame.
• Coordinate for conflict resolution.
• Report the progress status periodically and flag major issues to the management.
• Ensure implementation of carbon neutrality and safety countermeasures.

• Understanding of 4-wheeler development and manufacturing process.
• Experience in handling greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Hands-on experience in project management tools.
• Ability to understand the importance of a critical situation and act quickly accordingly.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD & MS-office.
• Good planning & analytical skills, influencing & negotiation skills, networking skills, team player
