Be part of our legacy and inspire the next generation of achievers!Primary Job ResponsibilitiesClassroom- Create lecture plans including a standard timeline on the domain-specific subject.- Conduct classes with special emphasis on conceptual clarity.- Ability to manage multiple batches of classes every day.- Conduct tests and their discussions.- Developing, reviewing and updating course materials, including class notes, daily assignments and practice sheets.- Conducting interactive Doubt Clearing Sessions at regular intervals.- Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.YouTube- Conducting programmes related to SSC courses on our YouTube channel.- Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.- Brainstorm materials and activities for such programmes, such as YouTube shorts, promotional videos, etc.Publications- Work in close coordination with Content Head for Books.- Review content from related publications of Drishti SSC.- Initiate projects and contribute ideas towards new publications.Who can apply?- Teachers with passion and proven track record in the field of SSC exams.Major KRA (SMART)Qualification and ExperienceMinimum Qualification: GraduationRelevant/Additional Experience:- Faculty with expertise in multiple subjects will be preferred.- Candidates with strong recognition and proven results in the field are preferred.
