
Export Sales Manager - MEA | Electricals - Cables | Delhi

- Establish and scale the company's business footprint in the MEA region.
- Diversify exports beyond existing geographies by building a strong customer base among utilities and EPCs.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth in specialty cables (LV, MV, HV, EHV).
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order execution.
- Undertake frequent travel to MEA markets for client meetings and business development
- 10+ years of experience in international/export sales within electrical products, cables, or power equipment.
- Proven ability to handle annual business turnover of ₹100 Cr+.
- Demonstrated experience in developing new geographies/markets and scaling business.
- Strong exposure to working with utility companies, EPC contractors, and electrical utilities in MEA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Engineering/technical qualification preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
