  • Strong customer service skills to address and resolve client queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of stock replenishment processes to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimize disruptions.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Guide new retail partners through the onboarding process, ensuring clarity and efficiency at each stage.
