- Lead sales & distribution for North India, setting region-specific targets (brand-wise, pack-wise) aligned to ABP
- Break down annual targets into geographic, monthly, weekly, and daily goals
- Define and manage sales territories, coordinate field teams for optimal coverage
- Drive channel-wise distribution strategies to boost visibility and volumes
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
- Conduct periodic business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Collaborate with Finance to track top-line and profitability against budget
- Focus on traditional channels while exploring digital / agri-tech distribution
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to leadership
- Base: Head Office, Hyderabad
- Travel: 2 weeks/month in Hyderabad office | 2 weeks/month in North India field
- Work Experience: 15+ years in Sales, Distribution & Marketing—preferably in Insurance (especially Agri), FMCG, or Banca channels
- Domain Expertise: Agriculture insurance landscape and rural distribution models
- Education: MBA from a premier institute
- Proven track record leading large sales teams and meeting ambitious targets
- Strong analytical “data-warrior” mindset; expert in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM analytics
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination
- Solution-oriented, deadline-driven with high attention to detail
- Multilingual proficiency: English, Hindi, plus one regional language
