Responsibilities :- Identifying new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques. - Supervising the tasks of all the Sales executives in the team. - Handling problems and issues as and when they arise. - Setting and meeting sales revenue targets. - Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing and new clients. - Developing and planning various sales activities. - Assisting the Human Resources department in hiring new employees. - and analyzing all the sales-related data. - Maintaining an accurate record of total closed sale deals. - Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management. - Recommending sales improvement strategies and giving advice to the sales team. - Researching competitors' products, prices, and marketing insights. - Documenting all the aspects of sales team activities. - Maintaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops. Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar job position in the Sales industry.- Good sales and negotiation skills.The age Should be 24 to 40.
