- Collating business requirements from several partners across the organisation with regards to regulatory related requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements (user stories format) and aligning them with the technical team for crafting technical requirements.
- Collaborate daily with the technical team in order to assure the implementation of the regulatory framework.
- Activate involvement and support in the UAT process.
- Active collaboration with Business Architects in order to ensure the existing data models are being updated accordingly with any needed data.
- Providing specific artefacts to business partners to support with taking specific decisions with regards to tooling options, implementation options etc
- Active collaboration with the assigned Project coordinator to ensure that the specific project (s) scope and timelines are respected.
- Work with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, SMEs, Engineering Team to collate/improve/build business requirements and harmonize with other multi-functional teams.
- Understand and detail into business language all regulatory requirements in scope to ensure alignment with the business partners.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements in collaboration with business partners and Architects.
- Support technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Examine data, processes, and technologies related to the business requirements collated/created to resolve current state and support with specific solutions by collaborating with the Business Architect and technical delivery teams.
- Support business partners with specific relevant UAT activities.
- Support the project teams with specific artefacts (BRDs, Functional specs, user stories, backlog specific items etc)
- Participate in internal working groups, forums in order to provide specific status updates and support with different SME knowledge for in scope topics.
- Organize specific meetings in order to bring together partners from specific needed fields.
- Write detailed meeting minutes and support with creating next steps for each of the topics being discussed.
- Strong regulatory background (MIFIR, EMIR, GDPR, IFRS, etc)
- Demonstrate experience working with financial data specific to regulatory specific requirements.
- Strong BA background with hands on experience in writing specifications, working with different tools and supporting in data modelling related activities.
- Diverse partners’ management exposure
- Working with databases, data warehouses, SQL exposure, etc
- Solid understanding of analytics, data science and BI Tools
- Knowledge of Data modelling and Data Architecture Concepts, APIs and Messaging Infrastructure and standards, with security concepts and design.
- Understands Data management, warehousing, integration, and migration.
- Solid experience in business analysis / business process mapping and conceptualisation techniques
- Process Excellence / Process Discovery / Process Design and Implementation
- Data Maturity, Benchmarking & critical metric Monitoring
- Shown training in software development lifecycle or methodologies
- Good background in SaaS and knowledge of technology estates
- Understanding of Agile (JIRA, Confluence)
- High level of proficiency with MS Office applications & BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in large investment banking or financial services organisations is a plus.
- Strong Planning, interpersonal and partner holder management, with confidence to challenge preconceptions of outcomes and solutions.
- Effective communication, presentation, documentation, and customer engagement skills with proven ability to work optimally with all interpersonal levels.
- Global experience – collaborating optimally with teams in multiple locations simultaneously.
