In This Role, You Will:
- Deliver instructor-led and web-based training sessions to clients on Passkey products, ensuring clarity, engagement, and effective knowledge transfer.
- Conduct needs assessments and front-end analysis to identify client training requirements and performance gaps related to Passkey.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including instructor guides, presentations, and e-learning content tailored to client audiences.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Passkey, staying current with product updates, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Client Services teams to communicate client feedback and requests for new features or training improvements.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for client training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support ad-hoc training requests and provide ongoing client support to enhance product adoption and customer success.
- Promote the value of training programs and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and brand awareness for the Learning & Development team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training delivery methods, including leveraging digital learning tools and AI where applicable.
- Graduate or have a master’s degree in any field
- Proven experience in client-facing training roles, preferably in technology or SaaS product environments.
- Prior knowledge of Event and Hospitality Management industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience in designing, developing, and delivering training material, developing a training strategy.
- Proficiency with training technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective training solutions.
- Comfortable delivering training in both virtual and in-person formats.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and priorities.
- Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to helping clients succeed.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
