Our client is looking for an Operations leader to join the team as a Plant Head. The role will be based out of Tamil Nadu, where the client has their manufacturing setupKey responsibilities include

Overseeing thread manufacturing operations and management of various processes like S&T, CF Twisting, Dyehouse, Final Winding, etc
Maintenance & Admin operations with a view to maintaining EHS & compliance requirements
Ensuring product quality, delivery of optimum customer service and cost reductions
Improving overall technical knowledge for employees through leadership, training and development of the Production team
Stakeholder management: Interacting with global teams for operational excellence

Lead the teams as the Plant Head for thread manufacturing Work with one of the largest players in IndiaWe are looking for candidates with:

Relevant educational qualifications (Graduation or higher) in operations (BE/MBA or equivalent)
Extensive experience in Spinning and Twisting operations
Fluency in English and Tamil
Excellent communication skills
