- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the corporate/SME segment.
- Identify and acquire new commercial clients within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with technical and service delivery teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure high service standards and timely issue resolution.
- Improve operational efficiency and manage costs effectively.
- Business Development
- Expand the corporate client base through partnerships and networking.
- Represent the organization in client meetings and industry interactions.
- Work with marketing teams on targeted campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate sales and operations in ISP/telecom industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of the Hyderabad corporate market is an advantage.
