  • To manage OPD and appointments of the doctors in the department
  • Acting as the focal point of communication between the medical team and the patients.
  • Responsible for managing duty roster of doctors in the department in consultation with departmental HOD or any other person assigned by the HOD.
  • Responsible for creating and updating patients’ electronic health records.
  • Managing custody, circulation, control, retention and secure disposal of confidential information.
  • Arranging for events like CME’s, trainings, conferences for the department and ensuring overall logistics in a timely, cost effective and appropriate manner.
  • Responsible for patient satisfaction score in the department.
  • Preparation of minutes of the meetings, proposal and presentations including Reports, Data Analysis and MIS with timely completion and accuracy.
  • To support in coordination between administrative departments and extend support in department related compliances.
  • Provide support to HOD in academic programs like DNB/Fellowships, etc.
  • To support in any other activity assigned by the department
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mails as necessary.
  • Any other activity assigned by the management.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 02 to 05 years of experience in handling patient queries
  • Healthcare is preferable
  • BDS/BHMS/BAMS
