- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and maximize online sales.
- Work with major e-Commerce platforms in India and expand e-commerce business.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Lead the development and execution of creative and engaging digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze key performance metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce, and provide recommendations for innovation and improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Work closely with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage resources and expertise to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to track progress and measure success against KPIs.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and/or business operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Hands on with e-Commerce marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and communicate a clear vision and direction for digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry preferred.
