Gender: MaleKey Responsibilities:Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods for quality compliance.
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure proper quality checks.
Use precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) for dimensional inspection.
Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, and audit records.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.Notes:
