- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and customer demands to stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyse market data and customer insights to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and market expansion.
- Provide input and recommendations to the product and service management and development teams based on market analysis.
- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.
- Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department.
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Excellent research and presentation skills
- Fluency in multiple Indian languages would be an added advantage.
