This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating seamless, intuitive, and impactful user experiences across digital platforms. You will play a critical role in shaping the design vision, leading user-centered design processes, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.As a Senior Product Designer, you will not only craft elegant design solutions but also influence how our products evolve by deeply understanding our users and the problems we are solving. You will be expected to balance creativity with practicality, ensuring designs are both delightful and feasible for development.Requirements:Key Responsibilities
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable design insights.
  • Product Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications that clearly articulate design solutions.
  • Design Systems & Consistency: Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system, ensuring visual consistency, scalability, and usability across products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Problem-Solving: Simplify complex workflows and translate them into user-friendly interfaces and experiences. Apply critical thinking to balance user needs with business goals.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution at every stage.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the overall product experience.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced or product-driven environment.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • UX Expertise: Strong understanding of usability principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards.
  • Visual Design: Keen eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to craft designs that are both functional and aesthetically appealing.
  • Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts quickly.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of explaining design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into simple, user-friendly solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in agile, iterative environments with shifting priorities and rapid deadlines.
