We are having an urgent opening for the position of Team Leader (Mandate) for a Real Estate Company at the Navi Mumbai location.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing clients with home-buying requirements
  • Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.
  • Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.
  • Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
  • Lookout for high-performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
  • Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
  • Addressing any queries, and doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
The objective of the role:
  • Planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing sales strategy
  • Responsible for the individual revenue target for the project

  • Good Coordination and convincing skills.
  • Should have a Two-wheeler bike.
Education and Experience:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field
  • Knowledge & experience in Channel partner sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Handling experience.
