(US Hours: 9am - 5pm EST)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic Campaign Services team.
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the creation and execution of marketing/promotional campaigns for various international e-commerce partners.You will be leading a global team to deliver on partner priorities, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of front-end developers focused on building marketing emails, website experiences, and promotional elements.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and prioritize deliverables.
Lead and participate in regular calls with partners to provide status updates, and address any issues or escalations.

Leverage your expertise in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) to build and maintain high-quality marketing assets.
Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into pixel-perfect templates and functionalities.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to high-quality graphic standards across all marketing materials.
Possess strong debugging skills and utilize browser inspector tools for cross-browser compatibility testing.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment for your team, providing coaching and mentorship for continued growth.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing a global/remote development & engineering team.
Strong understanding of partner priorities and project deadlines and the ability to translate those into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience collaborating with web designers to enhance usability, speed, and aesthetics.
Proficiency in using design tools like Adobe Photoshop CC, Sketch, or Figma to translate wireframes into functional prototypes.
Familiarity with browser inspector tools and cross-browser testing methodologies.

An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.

Bonus points

Experience with marketing automation platforms or SaaS platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce etc).
Technical Project Manager (TPM) or Scrum Master background.
Understanding of accessibility compliance and W3C best practices for web development.

Work HoursThis position requires working US hours, Monday - Friday from 6:30 pm to 2:30 am IST.
