User Research:

Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences.
Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform the design process.

Information Architecture:

Develop and optimize information architecture, ensuring logical and intuitive navigation for users.
Create user flows and wireframes to outline user interactions and system functionality.

Interaction Design:

Design and prototype user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of design principles into the development process.

Usability Testing:

Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from usability testing and user feedback.

Visual Design:

Collaborate with visual designers to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user interface.
Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across digital products.

Accessibility:

Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices in design to ensure an inclusive user experience.
Conduct audits and testing to identify and address accessibility concerns.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX Designer & Researcher, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
