The PMO Lead will head the Project Management Office and serve as the central operational anchor for planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting, and governance of the Project for Promoting Startup and Innovation in Telangana. The role is responsible for ensuring standardized project management processes, adherence to JICA ODA guidelines, effective multi-stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of all project components and subprojects across the state. Working closely with the PMU, JICA, Implementation Agencies, and regional units, the PMO Lead will oversee performance tracking, risk management, quality assurance, documentation, and escalation management, while strengthening institutional capacity and enabling data-driven decision-making across the project lifecycle.
