Assistant Manager- Human ResourcesJob Description: -1. Responsible for the all the Non-Technical Hiring Requirements in the company
2. Should be well versed in sourcing the profiles through search engines like Naukri,
Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
3. Liasoning with the consultants for the hiring process.
4. Screening the candidates as per the JD.
5. Scheduling the interviews with the candidates and follow - up.
6. Maintaining the MIS reports on recruitment/hiring.
7. Offer negotiation and generation of the letter.
8. Liasoning with the new joinees and conducting the joining formalities.
9. Managing the monthly payroll process and HR Compliances like PF, ESI etc.
10. Managing the insurance of the existing and the new joinees.
11. Managing the office administrative tasks like issue of id cards, visiting cards, email
ids, company laptops, joining kits etc.
12. Conducting the employee engagement and R& R activities.
13. Maintaining the HRMS portal.
14. Finance (payments and invoice handling).
15. Reviewing / formulating polices time to time and ensuring company policies and
procedure adhered.Job Specification: -o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/BBA/MBA ( HR &
Finance)
o 5+years of work experience as a recruiter with a reputed company.
o Knowledge of HR Processes and Systems
o Knowledge of compliances like PF, ESI,PT
o Knowledge of HRMSLocation:-
