Currently in the execution phase, the project is on track to deliver its first product by June 2026.Job Purpose: The Construction Civil Team Member is responsible for the effective execution and timely completion of civil infrastructure projects. This role involves managing construction tasks, monitoring progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with vendors. The goal is to support the successful delivery of civil works that meet project specifications and deadlines, while facilitating smooth handover to subsequent teams.Responsibilities:Construction Civil Team Member-PETCHEMSite Operations & Oversight:Deliver civil infrastructure projects, including land development, building construction, fabrication structures, precast components, and support infrastructure, in line with project plans and specifications.Facilitate procurement by coordinating with vendors to meet material specifications, preparing accurate reports on technical specifications, and verifying vendor bills for correctness.Project Planning & Coordination:Maintain and utilize MIS reports to monitor progress on civil execution jobs, ensuring timely and efficient completion of civil infrastructure tasks through effective coordination with various teams.Technical Design Review:Achieve required quality standards for all precast structures and ensure they are available on schedule, supporting technical reviews to confirm adherence to design specifications.Compliance, Quality & Safety Management:Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the execution of civil jobs, maintaining adherence to project requirements and safety regulations.Risk & Change Management:Address potential issues in civil execution and vendor management promptly, implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain smooth project operations.Ensure timely completion and handover of civil structures to relevant teams, assisting in the final review and documentation process for completed infrastructure.Key Stakeholders - InternalMechanical DepartmentElectrical DepartmentInstrumentation DepartmentPlanning DepartmentProcurement DepartmentQA/QC DepartmentHSE Execution TeamKey Stakeholders - ExternalDesigner and EngineersPMC (Project Management Consultant)ContractorsSuppliersVendorsGovernment AgenciesQualifications:Educational Qualification:Diploma / Degree in Civil EngineeringWork Experience (Range of years):Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in executing various civil jobs.Experience in handling similar projects of the same kind.Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and negotiating with large-scale, high-value vendors.
