- Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructures
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers
- Monitor network performance, uptime, and capacity using monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot complex network incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support network upgrades, firmware updates, and hardware refresh activities
- Support telecom and voice services, including VoIP, SIP, and call routing
- Manage PBX / Unified Communications platforms (Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice, etc.)
- Coordinate with telecom carriers, ISPs, and service providers
- Troubleshoot voice quality issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)
- Deploy and support 5G / LTE private networks for enterprise or industrial use
- Configure and manage 5G core, RAN components, small cells, and gateways
- Support SIM / eSIM provisioning, device onboarding, and access control
- Troubleshoot 5G connectivity, throughput, latency, and coverage issues
- Integrate 5G networks with enterprise LAN/WAN and cloud platforms
- Work with OEMs and system integrators for 5G solution delivery
- Support use cases such as IoT, OT systems, remote sites, automation, and mobility
- Handle L2/L3 escalations related to network, telecom, and 5G services
- Participate in incident management, change management, and RCA processes
- Coordinate with OEMs, telecom providers, and third-party vendors
- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP
- Hands-on experience with Cisco / Juniper / Aruba / Fortinet or similar platforms
- Experience with network security (firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs)
- Solid knowledge of VoIP, SIP, QoS, and telecom protocols
- Working knowledge of 5G / LTE architecture, RAN, and core concepts
- Experience with network and service monitoring tools (SNMP-based tools)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
- 6-7 years of experience in enterprise network and telecom environments
- Experience supporting 5G or private cellular networks is highly preferred
- Experience in industrial, oil & gas, or managed services environments is a plus
2. Provide Advanced Support For Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Intricate Technical And Security Issues.
3. Engage In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Overall Team Performance.
4. Resolve Complex Service Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Robust Security Posture.
5. Ensure A Positive Customer Experience By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Case Reopenings, While Proactively Mitigating Potential Security Threats.Skill RequirementsTelecom & Unified Communications
