- Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as a technical owner
- Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
- Architect technical solutions and develops proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.
- Advanced technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
