Lead end-to-end HCM implementation projects for US and Canada clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HCM processes such as payroll, benefits, tax, Core HR, General Ledger modules. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Configure, test, and validate HCM system functionality according to client specifications. Provide expert guidance on US/Canada regulatory compliance (taxation, benefits, retirement plans, payroll, GL etc.). Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and support clients during go-live. Troubleshoot and resolve complex HCM-related issues, ensuring high quality of deliverables. Stay updated with HCM product enhancements, labor laws, and best practices in the US/Canada region. Strong understanding of US and Canadian HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance regulations. Proven track record of leading functional design, system configuration, and deployment activities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in client-facing environments. Experience in multi-country implementations (US & Canada) preferred. Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel. Good to have any US payroll certification. Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
