- Own the lifecycle of assigned digital products, from ideation and prototyping through production and continuous improvement.
- Lead development of tools, frameworks, and processes that accelerate innovation, including proof-of-concept methodologies.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Marketing to transform approved innovation ideas into market-ready, scalable solutions.
- Analyze and map processes to identify efficiency opportunities and address legacy system challenges.
- Stay ahead of market and technology trends, translating them into actionable recommendations for PSA BDP.
- Conduct portfolio gap analysis and work with stakeholders to define required investments, costs, and resource needs.
- Build business cases for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and ROI expectations.
- Partner with Sales on strategic customer pursuits by providing innovation insights, trend analysis, and rapid prototypes.
- Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers, podcasts, webinars, and industry events.
- Act as an internal champion for digital innovation, coaching teams and encouraging a culture of experimentation and learning
