Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationSummary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing our global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into the overall project framework. Your role will also require you to address challenges that arise during project execution, providing guidance and support to your team to achieve successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Security Architecture. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with risk assessment and management processes. - Ability to design and implement security solutions tailored to specific project needs. - Familiarity with cloud service providers and their security offerings.
