• Regular /Full Time Masters degree in Visual Communication/Electronic Media/ Mass Communication & Journalism with one of the qualification (M.Phil/NET/SET/Ph.D)
• Min 2 years of work experience as Teaching Faculty in Viscom Department
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
• Passion for teaching and a student-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Conducting lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate or postgraduate students in visual communication.
• Developing and delivering course content in areas such as graphic design, multimedia, animation, film studies, and related subjects.
